Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Specialist to join our team at Staffline Recruitment (NI) Ltd. As a key member of our residential support team, you will provide individualized support to service users with learning disabilities, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Deliver personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each service user
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, medication management, and social skills development
• Collaborate with senior staff to assess and address the changing needs of service users
• Foster positive relationships with service users, promoting dignity, respect, and independence
• Participate in regular reviews and assessments to ensure effective care planning
**Requirements:**
• 1 year of caring experience, preferably in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals
• Knowledge of behaviors that challenge and strategies for de-escalation
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
