Join Our Team as a Sustainability Lead - Part Time

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Lead - Part Time to join our team at Jacobs. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our sustainability agenda and ensuring that our operations are environmentally responsible.

About the Role

The Sustainability Lead - Part Time will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainability strategies that align with our company's vision and values. This will involve working closely with our stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams, to identify and mitigate environmental risks and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement sustainability strategies that align with our company's vision and values.
  2. Conduct sustainability assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate environmental risks and opportunities.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and clients to ensure that our operations are environmentally responsible.
  5. Provide training and support to internal teams on sustainability best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience in sustainability principles and practices.
  • Suitable sustainability qualification.
  • Experience in developing and implementing Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
  • Experience in completing Sustainability Appraisal, DREAM, or BREEAM assessments.
