Job Opportunity: Environmental Initiatives Lead

The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a highly skilled Environmental Initiatives Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading environmental initiatives and ensuring compliance with environmental legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive environmental strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
  2. Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and internal teams.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement environmental policies and practices.
  4. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
  5. Develop and implement a biodiversity net gain framework to ensure the long-term sustainability of our projects.
  6. Manage and deliver environmental programs, including the development of climate adaptation plans.
Requirements:
  1. At least 3 years' experience in environmental management, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
  2. Proven experience in developing and implementing environmental strategies and policies.
  3. Excellent communication and project management skills.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
