Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at JD Group. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of colleagues and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Support the Store Management team lead and motivate a high-performing team of colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Support a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring our store teams win customers for life by exceeding their expectations.
  • Store Operations: Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store, including duty management and ensuring a safe and compliant operating environment for all colleagues and customers.
  • Financial Performance: Deliver our financial results in line with or more than company targets.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 1 year supervision experience, preferably in a similar format of retail.
  • Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and motivational communicator with excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service: A passion for customer service and a proven record of delivering excellence in this area.
  • Market Knowledge: Knowledge of local market trends, competitor activity, and the ability to identify local community growth opportunities.
  • Equine Industry: Keen interest in riding and/or the equine community.
