Leisure Sales and Business Growth Specialist

Our company is seeking a skilled Leisure Sales and Business Growth Specialist to join our team at the Corporate Office in London.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury hospitality, specifically in leisure sales in the UK, European, and Middle East markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key leisure accounts, identifying new business opportunities and developing individual account management sales plans.
- Drive leisure sales from third-party agencies, ensuring the successful launch of our product into the market.
- Promote the company's customer-first approach and support its philosophy and culture through Guiding Principles and other initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years in luxury hospitality looking after leisure accounts, with a demonstrable track record in delivering results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, charts, and statistics.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, as well as creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
- An estimated annual salary of £65,000-£85,000, depending on experience.
