Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and caring Personal Care Assistant to provide support to an individual with complex physical and developmental needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with personal care, administering medication, and accompanying the individual on outings and activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication as prescribed
- Accompany the individual on outings and activities, such as bowling, shopping, and wheelchair walks
- Assist with accessing the outdoors and participating in community activities
- Provide emotional support and companionship
Requirements:
- DBS check required
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full clean driving licence and ability to drive
- Enthusiastic and flexible with a caring disposition
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate of £11.50
