About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to assist residents with their daily needs, including personal care, mobility, and social activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care, recognizing and meeting their specific needs.
  • Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements, from companionship to personal care.
  • Participate in a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring residents and reporting changes.
  • Communicate effectively with residents' families, friends, and other healthcare professionals.
