About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team at Watling Lodge, a stunning new development of 43 brand new retirement apartments.

As a Lodge Manager, you will be responsible for providing a first-class service to our Home Owners, managing the maintenance of the property, and co-ordinating activities and events.

You will be the trusted 'go-to' person on-site, liaising with a range of customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellent customer service, a love of people, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous experience in a similar background, such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a first-class service to Home Owners
  • Manage the maintenance of the property
  • Co-ordinate activities and events
  • Liaise with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues
