About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Lodge Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, while also ensuring the smooth operation of our retirement development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the lodge, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate events and activities for residents, ensuring their enjoyment and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Area Manager to achieve the goals and objectives of the development.
  • Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring that work is completed to a high standard and on time.
  • Conduct regular health and safety checks, ensuring the lodge is a safe and secure environment for residents.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of property management and customer service principles.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a range of stakeholders, including residents, contractors, and internal colleagues.
  • Basic computer skills, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
