About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lodge Manager. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our Home Owners, providing a first-class service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our retirement development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our Home Owners
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Organise activities and events to enhance the lifestyle of our Home Owners
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Conduct health and safety checks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Home Owners and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently, using initiative and discretion to resolve issues
  • Strong administrative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of leasehold management and property services an advantage
