Key Responsibilities

As an Electro-Mechanical Technician at Nicholas Associates Group Limited, you will be responsible for carrying out electro-mechanical assembly work on all products, adhering to drawings, parts lists, procedures, and work instructions.

Your tasks will include:

* Conducting testing on all products, following established guidelines
* Working on prototype projects as required
* Performing inspection processes in line with QA procedures
* Following company quality management system procedures
* Carrying out packing requirements

In addition, you will be expected to follow all H&S guidelines as outlined in drawings, parts lists, procedures, work instructions, risk assessments, and QA procedures.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with the production team and engineering department
* Technical ability at an electromechanical operator level, with the ability to follow and understand drawings, parts lists, procedures, and work instructions
* Comprehensive understanding of electrical and mechanical assembly
