Key Responsibilities
  • Raise daily sales invoices in NetSuite.
  • Evaluate the creditworthiness of potential customers by assessing credit reports and payment histories.
  • Set credit limits and terms of credit for new and existing customers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all credit and collection activities.

You will also be responsible for initiating collection efforts through phone calls, emails, and letters, and regularly reconciling customer accounts to ensure all payments are correctly applied.
