The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for optimizing the order-to-cash cycle and ensuring the accuracy and cleanliness of Red Bull's sales ledger. This role involves managing a team of three and implementing effective credit policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Accounts Receivable team and ensure timely collections from customers.
  • Implement effective credit policies to minimize bad debt exposure.
  • Manage the sales ledger function to ensure accuracy and cleanliness.
  • Develop relationships with Key Account teams and customer contacts to drive efficiencies and challenge existing ways of working throughout the OTC cycle.

Requirements:

  • CIMA/ACCA/AAT/CICM qualifications are desirable but not necessary.
  • Strong experience in accounts receivable or credit management, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • A solid understanding of financial accounting and reporting.
  • Experience with SAP ERP systems and OTC process enhancements and optimisations.
  • Demonstrated success in improving accounts receivable processes and reducing DSO and other KPIs in the FMCG or retail space.
