Requirements
  1. Proven experience in a senior purchasing role, preferably within the automotive industry, and new emerging technologies.
  2. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  3. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  4. In-depth knowledge of supply chain management and procurement best practices.
  5. Proficiency in vendor management software and ERP systems.
  6. Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  7. Good Microsoft Office capability, with an emphasis on Excel.
  8. Extensive knowledge and experience in Purchasing practices, lean manufacturing techniques, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  9. Experience in all aspects of Purchasing Management within a Tier One Automotive Business, or equivalent.
