The Role of the Risk Manager
We are seeking an experienced Risk Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing risks across our organisation. As a Risk Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks in our lending products, including POS, Credit Cards, UPLs, and Auto.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with our Lending Product areas to identify and assess operational risks.
- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate operational risks.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that risk management practices are embedded across the organisation.
- Provide risk management expertise to support the delivery of change initiatives and business growth.
- Ensure that risk management practices are aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in risk management, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of operational risks and risk management practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
