Job Title: Vulnerable Individuals Advocate

Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 per annum.

We are seeking an experienced advocate to join our Adult's Community Team as a Vulnerable Individuals Advocate. In this role, you will work closely with vulnerable individuals and their families to provide support and guidance. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing support plans, and providing emotional support and counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough assessments to identify client needs
  • Developing personalized support plans to meet client requirements
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver services effectively
  • Providing emotional support and counseling to clients in need

Requirements:

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Full UK driving license
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
