Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Analyst to join our team at Integral Recruitment Ltd. As a Claims Analyst, you will play a key role in the management of delegated claims, working closely with our clients to ensure seamless claims handling and resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage delegated claims bordereau oversight
- Develop and maintain internal performance reporting and metrics
- Prepare and submit regulatory returns
- Assist in the relationship management of outsource partners
- Provide input and insights to internal meetings, such as data working groups
- Deputise for the Senior Delegated Claims Analyst as required
Requirements:
- Experience in a delegated authority role or similar
- Good understanding of the global delegated business environment and the insurance market
- Able to demonstrate logical, analytical thinking towards problem-solving
- Experience using VIPR or similar market binder management tools
- Knowledge of Lloyd's platforms & processes for DUA business
- Experience using reporting tools (BusinessObjects / Power BI / Tableau)
