Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our Finance Team at Prostate Cancer UK. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Directors and Department Heads to provide financial guidance and support, helping them understand their financial needs and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prepare financial reports, including forecasts, budgets, Board KPIs, and management accounts
  • Provide financial guidance and advice to Directors and Department Heads
  • Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve business partnering
  • Support various programmes and projects, ensuring budget holders have the tools they need to monitor their spending
  • Provide ongoing training and support to budget holders, ensuring compliance with our policies

Requirements

  • Recognised professional qualification (CIMA &/or ACCA preferred)
  • Demonstrable experience in financial management and business partnering
  • Proven record of process development and driving improvement
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide insight on complex financial information
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
