About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Relief Support Worker to join our team at Quarriers Village, Bridge of Weir. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support to adults with physical or learning disabilities, enabling them to reach their full potential and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with daily living activities, providing emotional support and ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide adapted support, promoting independence and autonomy.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence, adhering to Quarriers' values and policies.
