We are seeking a Human Capital Advisor to join our team at The Optimo Care Group. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice on employment law, contracts, recruitment, performance management, and other HR-related matters.

In this capacity, you will work closely with line managers to develop systems and tools that empower employees and managers while streamlining processes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.

You will also collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and drive meaningful change within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert advice on employment law, contracts, recruitment, performance management, and other HR-related matters.
  • Developing systems and tools to empower employees and managers while streamlining processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Cooling and supporting line managers on HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A confident, knowledgeable HR professional with expertise in employment law and HR practices.
  • A natural collaborator who can influence, coach, and inspire line managers and teams.
