Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and driven Executive Director to oversee the P&L and operational management of our business. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction to teams across various disciplines, including electrical and software engineering, manufacturing, instrumentation, site services, and sales. You will be instrumental in professionalising and growing the business, optimising operations, and achieving ambitious financial targets.

  • Provide overall responsibility for P&L and operational management of the business.
  • Lead and mentor teams in electrical and software engineering, manufacturing, instrumentation, site services, and sales.
  • Optimise workflow in the manufacturing facility to improve productivity and responsiveness.
  • Launch cost-reduction initiatives to manage project materials costs and support stock reduction KPIs.
