Job Summary

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the operational strategy and management of Bowmay Consulting. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational and general management activities across the group, providing regular performance updates and recommendations to the CEO and board of directors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Manage relationships with partners and vendors to ensure quality, safety, and sustainability standards are met
  • Optimize business processes to improve productivity and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with external legal counsel to manage disputes and complaints
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial stability
  • Lead and mentor teams to achieve operational excellence

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. International travel is required for a minimum of 8 weeks per year.
