About the Role:

Dine Contract Catering is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our clients in the business and industry sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet the needs of our clients
  • Oversee and implement menu changes to ensure consistency and quality
  • Identify opportunities to improve our food services and implement changes
  • Listen and act on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services
  • Support the creation of new menus and creative food concepts
  • Represent Dine Contract Catering and maintain a positive brand image
  • Monitor inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked
  • Oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
  • Comply with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
  • City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
  • Experience supervising a team
  • Experience in a similar Chef role
  • Food Hygiene certificate
  • Flexible approach to working
