Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and deploying various national account customer programs, while supporting national accounts sales channels and operational teams to deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Programme Managers to ensure programs are executed on time.

  • Maintain accurate records and update relevant systems (CBS/SMS/JDE/MAS/SAI).

  • Generate timely reports and effectively communicate progress and issues across teams.

  • Schedule and coordinate manpower and resources for service delivery and installation rollouts, ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Escalate service or installation issues and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.

  • Support operational teams with customer-specific Health & Safety compliance.

  • Design and deploy reports to track performance and improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet customer expectations and deliver outstanding service.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong planning and numerical skills.

  • Experience in customer-facing environments with a proven track record of achieving results.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and program planning applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of product solutions, including CCTV, Access Control, Network/IP, and fire safety systems.

  • Experience with program planning applications and customer web portal interfaces.

  • Familiarity with maintaining records on CBS, SMS, JDE, MAS, or SAI systems.

  • Educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent).
