Job Responsibilities


  • Clean designated areas to high standards, following a cleaning schedule for deep cleaning each room.
  • Ensure all external areas, terraces, smoking areas, and bin stores are cleaned throughout the evening.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, acknowledging and greeting them whenever they are met.
  • In the event of an emergency, take the lead, follow procedures, and contact the relevant emergency services, escalating the issue to the Residence Manager.
