Marketing and Campaign Manager

Severn Trent is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Campaign Manager to join our Communications team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans to drive business KPIs
  • Define marketing strategies and plans for specific business KPIs, utilising the full communications mix and engaging with PR, internal and customer teams to align activity
  • Develop best-in-class briefs for internal and external agencies, based on insight and clearly articulating target audience, objective, and proposition
  • Establish key metrics and measures for campaigns, aligning to corporate strategy and ensuring delivery of marketing targets
  • Set up and manage ongoing campaign monitoring, taking remedial action where required to meet company and campaign objectives
  • Work with the in-house design team to ensure best value for money and delivery of work on brand, on time, and to budget
  • Manage a Marketing Executive and support wider team management
Requirements:
  • Proven marketing experience at a senior level, driving business KPIs through marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-making with key stakeholders
  • Strategic and customer-centric thinking, with an in-depth consumer and commercial understanding
  • Management experience, with the ability to hold yourself and others accountable to high-quality work, delivered on-time to agreed timescales
