Pastry Chef de Partie

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pastry Chef de Partie to join our dynamic Kitchen team at our state-of-the-art headquarters in Bicester, Oxfordshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Head Pastry Chef and kitchen team to create innovative and delicious pastries and desserts.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared, produced, and packed to the highest standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict health and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and menus that showcase our culinary expertise.
  • Assist with stock management, cleaning, and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
  • Participate in events and weddings, showcasing our culinary skills and creativity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a restaurant or pastry background.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings during event season.
