We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pastry Chef de Partie to join our dynamic Kitchen team at our state-of-the-art headquarters in Bicester, Oxfordshire.

As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for working closely with our Head Pastry Chef and kitchen team to create delicious pastries and desserts that exceed our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook high-quality pastries and desserts according to recipe specifications.
- Ensure that all food is properly labeled and rotated, including allergen information.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Assist with stock management, cleaning, and organization of the kitchen.
- Participate in menu planning and development to ensure that our offerings are innovative and appealing.
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a restaurant or pastry background.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings during event season.
