Pastry Chef de Partie

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pastry Chef de Partie to join our dynamic Kitchen team at our state-of-the-art headquarters in Bicester, Oxfordshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Head Pastry Chef and kitchen team to deliver high-quality pastry products.
  • Ensure accurate labeling and rotation of stock, including allergen information.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Assist with stock management, cleaning, and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
  • Participate in menu development and contribute ideas for new and innovative pastry creations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a pastry kitchen, preferably in a restaurant or bakery setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings during peak periods.
