About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to lead our team in the automotive industry. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maximizing sales and achieving targets while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Motivate and manage a team to achieve sales and service objectives.
  • Customer Service: Provide first-class service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Business Development: Drive the branch team to achieve sales and promotional targets, focusing on great customer service and communication.
  • Cost Control: Manage and control branch and running costs, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
  • Stock Management: Manage stock control, including stock taking and adjustments, to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash handling and control specific customer accounts, ensuring accurate and secure financial transactions.
  • Communication: Communicate key aims and objectives to the team, ensuring everyone is aligned and working towards a common goal.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe working environment within the depot, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve objectives.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, able to communicate at all levels.
  • Customer Relationships: Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Cataloguing Systems: Familiarity with online and Windows-based cataloguing systems, enhancing the customer experience.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead from the front, creating a team environment that fosters collaboration and success.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Sales Focus: Sales-focused with a can-do attitude, driving results and exceeding targets.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask, distinguishing between urgent and important tasks to ensure seamless operation.
