We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at New Appointments Group. This is a pivotal role that requires a deep understanding of HR strategies and their alignment with business objectives.

The successful candidate will work closely with leadership to identify, develop, and retain top talent. They will lead strategic initiatives in talent management and employee development to build and sustain a high-performance workforce.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Partnership
  1. Partner with leadership to understand business objectives and provide proactive HR solutions to meet organisational goals.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor, offering expertise on workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational development.
  3. Monitor and analyse HR metrics to drive data-driven decision making and provide regular reporting.
  4. Lead HR projects and take ownership of HR specific projects.
Employee Relations & Engagement
  1. Develop and execute initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction across the site.
  2. Lead retention strategies by identifying key drivers of employee turnover and recommending actions to mitigate risk.
  3. Resolve complex employee relation issues, ensuring alignment with company values and culture.
Organisational Development & Change Management
  1. Support organisational change initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits
  1. Provide guidance on compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  2. Support annual compensation planning.
Performance Management
  1. Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing development feedback.
