About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance and Engineering Professional to join our client's production team in the food industry. This role involves maintaining and repairing complex machinery and equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the production operations team with routine maintenance tasks
  2. Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on a wide range of equipment
  3. Work closely with the shift team to maintain efficient production processes
  4. Carry out predictive maintenance (PPM) and scheduled maintenance works

Requirements:

  • Strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering
  • Proven experience with fault finding and diagnosis
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work flexibly in a fast-paced production environment
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques
  • Recognized qualification or apprenticeship in electrical or mechanical engineering
