Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries
  • Deal with transactions, including setting up direct debits and cash handling
  • Deliver first-class customer service, ensuring our customers feel valued and supported
  • Be a key support to your team, preparing studios, gyms, and sports halls for activities, and maintaining the centre's cleanliness and upkeep
