Customer Service Advisor

GLL is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Vauxhall Leisure Centre. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a first-class customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries
  • Deal with transactions, including setting up direct debits and cash handling
  • Deliver first-class customer service and resolve customer queries
  • Be a key support to your team on a daily basis, preparing studios, gyms, and sports halls for activities, and maintaining the centre's cleanliness and upkeep
