Hoop Recruitment is thrilled to be partnering with a highly successful and well-regarded organisation based in Cardiff. Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their established team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Senior Leadership Team in providing advice on HR best practices
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships and develop and implement HR policies
  • Oversee employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary, and grievance procedures
  • Drive equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) initiatives and lead on succession and workforce planning
  • Take ownership of training and development and drive recruitment and onboarding strategies
  • Oversee the monthly payroll and be a key player in moving the people strategy forward
