Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our operations. This includes streamlining internal processes, managing resources and inventory, and ensuring a smooth-running and well-maintained office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize workflows, boost productivity, and maintain a well-oiled office machine.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and implement best practices for document management, office maintenance, and other internal functions to maintain quality and compliance.
  • Manage supplier relationships and procurement processes.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Experience in a startup environment or a passion for it.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management experience.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software.
  • Experience with document management systems.
  • An eye for detail and a proactive approach to office maintenance.
