About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Customer Solutions department as a Team Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the department in reviewing incoming work, undertaking queries, and administrative tasks. You will also oversee the allocation of cases received into the department and ensure a fair and consistent level of work across the team.

About You

We are looking for someone who is well-organized, able to manage their own time and workloads with minimal supervision, and can remain calm under pressure. You should be able to take ownership of tasks, accept responsibility, deliver results, and manage expectations. Additionally, you should be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Customer Focused

We are seeking someone who inspires trust and fosters strong relationships with both internal customers and external partners. You should be able to communicate effectively and confidently, both verbally and in writing.

Minimum Criteria
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of managing high volumes of work in a customer-focused environment, meeting KPIs and targets
  • Ability to manage your own time while managing a variety of tasks and prioritizing
  • A genuine interest in providing excellent customer service
  • Relationship building with other areas of the business or with business partners
  • Strong attention to detail
