Head Coach Position

We are seeking an experienced head coach to join our swim team in Oxfordshire. As a key member of the coaching team, you will be responsible for delivering coaching sessions, mentoring less experienced coaches, and developing and implementing training plans to improve swimmer performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality coaching sessions to swimmers at all levels
  • Mentor and support less experienced coaches
  • Develop and implement training plans to improve swimmer performance
  • Work collaboratively with the coaching team to achieve shared goals

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong coaching background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think critically and solve problems effectively. A recognized coaching qualification and experience working with elite athletes would be advantageous.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
