Role Overview:
Henry Blue is seeking an experienced motor vehicle technician to join our team as a Motor Vehicle Lecturer in Oxford.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about teaching and mentoring the next generation of automotive professionals.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in motor vehicle technology and experience in delivering training programs.
Responsibilities include coaching, assessing, and mentoring students and apprentices, developing and maintaining high-quality teaching materials, and contributing to the growth of our Motor Vehicle department.
Salary: £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Position:
- Deliver and assess automotive skills to students and apprentices
- Coach and mentor learners to achieve their full potential
- Develop and maintain high-quality teaching materials and resources
- Contribute to the development of our Motor Vehicle department
Benefits:
A competitive salary, 2 weeks' Christmas break, 37 days' annual leave, plus public holidays (pro rata for part-time positions), and an excellent Teacher Pension Scheme.
