Practice Development Director

As a leading engineering and digital transformation services provider, we are seeking a Practice Development Director to expand our Data Practice across Western Europe. This rare opportunity will allow you to lead and build the business in Western Europe, reporting to the Global Head of Data Science in the US.

  • Lead the Western European Data Science, ML/AI Practice
  • Work with the Global Data Practice team and European Business leadership team to expand our footprint across Western Europe
  • Drive Generative AI, Advanced Analytics, Computer Vision, NLP end-to-end competency development
  • Focus on practical AI application frameworks and participate in the development of Responsible AI, ESG, AI Security offerings
  • Assist in the development of enterprise transformation offerings with pragmatic AI adoption
  • Drive vertical and horizontal cross-organizational teams to champion an AI-first product vision
  • Assist in forming a practical vision for AI's impact on productivity
  • Collaborate with client partners to bring AI products and programs to life
  • Support sales and pre-sales activities by assessing Data opportunities and responding to RFPs
  • Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary European data team
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in ML/AI and emerging technologies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field
  • Strong hands-on background in data science and AI/ML technologies
  • Good grasp on AL/ML operationalization, MLOps, Data Platforms
  • Industry visionary and senior leader with experience in designing and implementing ML/AI solutions
  • Proven track record in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional ability to drive C-level client engagements
