About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Citadines South Kensington, London. As a key member of our Housekeeping Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Housekeeper in leading the Housekeeping Team, maintaining standards of cleaning, hygiene, stock control, and staffing.
  • Plan, organize, and supervise cleaning services within the property, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective communication with team members.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, trade associations, and outsourced partners, ensuring linen, uniform, consumable, and staff costs are within budget.
  • Support the Head Housekeeper in all departmental communications, including reporting and budgeting for the Housekeeping Team.
