Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
- Proven experience in financial management, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- CIMA/ACCA qualified or studying towards full qualification.
