Care By Us Ltd is seeking a Home Support Specialist to join our team of dedicated care professionals. As a Home Support Specialist, you'll provide vital support to clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.
About the JobYou'll work collaboratively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and preferences. Your empathetic nature and excellent communication skills will be essential in building strong relationships with clients and their loved ones.

The estimated salary for this position is £22,500 per annum, based on national averages and taking into account the demands and responsibilities of the role. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
