Job Title: Caregiver Support Specialist

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Caregiver Support Specialist. As a member of our community healthcare team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Provide medication support and administer medications as required
- Maintain accurate records of care provided
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care

What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate: £11.90 - £13.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
- Range of shifts available including part-time and full-time opportunities
- Paid certified training and shadowing

Requirements:
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
