Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care, under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
- Contribute to the delivery of a safe, timely, and effective patient experience.
- Support the development of a high-quality, safe, and compassionate healthcare service, adhering to Trust policies and procedures.
- Participate in the admission process, making patients welcome to the clinical area, and providing individualized personal nursing care in accordance with Essence of Care standards.
Requirements
- City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Care/Health and Social Care.
- Some previous experience in a nursing/Care Assistant role.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective role model, demonstrating NNUH's PRIDE values of People-focused, Respect, Integrity, Dedication, and Excellence.
