About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise your shift, ensuring that all care activities are carried out to the highest standard.
  • Case manage residents and liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure that the best care plans are created and delivered.
  • Administer and record medication, ensuring that all medication is given in accordance with our policies and procedures.
  • Carry out risk assessments, identifying potential risks and taking steps to mitigate them.
  • Work alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs, ensuring that residents remain as active and independent as possible.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop services, ensuring that our care home remains at the forefront of care provision.
