Job Title: Nursery Team Leader

Job Summary:
JEM Childcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Nursery Team Leader to support our East Surrey area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years/Childcare and at least 3 years' experience working in a Day Nursery. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and supporting teams, inspiring and energizing others, and a genuine passion for working with children and helping others learn.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support teams in the East Surrey area
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve nursery operations
• Collaborate with other managers to achieve business objectives
• Provide cover for managers in the absence of a manager in any of the settings in the area

Requirements:
• Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years/Childcare
• At least 3 years' experience working in a Day Nursery
• At least 2 years' experience leading and supporting teams
• Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
• A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
• Car and driving licence essential
