About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director to lead our Market Access Consulting team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing market access strategies that drive business growth and improve patient access to pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute market access strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting services to clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business solutions
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in market access consulting or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality consulting services and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
