About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to our transport operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule all transport activities, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of transport operations, including vehicle movements and customer information.
• Liaise with drivers and other staff to ensure smooth transport operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and standards, including health and safety protocols.
• Provide support across the business as required, including assisting with administrative tasks and projects.
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong knowledge of transport regulations and standards.
