About the Role

Enable is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to achieve their goals and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with learning disabilities to develop and implement personalized support plans
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and mobility
  • Encourage and support individuals to engage in activities and hobbies that promote social inclusion and community participation
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and aspirations of individuals are met

About You

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about supporting individuals with learning disabilities and has a commitment to delivering high-quality care. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to meet the needs of individuals.
